No. Freight, rates, revenue, profit, payment, and operating outcomes are never guaranteed.

Does the carrier keep control of load acceptance?

Yes. The carrier has final approval or rejection authority for each load.

What equipment types do you support?

Potential service fit includes Box Truck, Hotshot, Flatbed, Step Deck, Dry Van, Reefer, and Power Only, subject to qualifications.

Can I use only back-office services?

Yes. A Back Office Only service path may be available under an appropriate written agreement.

Does Starlite receive freight payments for carriers?

No. Starlite does not accept money from shippers or brokers that is owed to the carrier.

What information is needed to get started?

Carrier contact information, authority status, equipment, operating area, preferred lanes, requested services, and the required onboarding documents.

How are service fees determined?

Scope and fees are established transparently in the applicable written service agreement.

What happens after I submit the form?

The team conducts a preliminary onboarding review. Submission alone creates no contract, agency relationship, employment relationship, or service obligation.
